- Which HR and learning systems does Chronus integrate with?
Chronus connects to HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft, and to learning systems such as Cornerstone, Degreed and Skillsoft Percipio. Participants can also import profile data from an HRIS, LMS or other database. Chronus builds integrations in house.
- Which collaboration and calendar tools does Chronus work with?
Chronus supports integrations with popular business software such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. With Rumi Mentor, people sign in once and mentoring meetings show up on their calendar, including in Outlook. Rumi Communities reaches members in Slack and Teams.
- How is data synced between our HR systems and Rumi?
Rumi syncs only the fields you choose and acts on HRIS changes as they land, not on nightly batch files. You connect your systems once, and every Rumi product and playbook shares them, so a hire, promotion or manager change can start the right coaching, mentoring and follow-up. Leave out compensation and other sensitive fields: administrators decide what Rumi can access, and any data they exclude is never used.
- Does Chronus support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes: Chronus allows users access to the platform through username and password or Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms such as SAML, SOAP, LinkedIn SSO and Cookie. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be achieved by enabling MFA through SSO authentication. Identity connectors include Microsoft Entra ID and SAML 2.0 SSO; see security and compliance.
- Does Rumi work with AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes: your people can ask Rumi Coach for help in Slack, ChatGPT or Claude and get advice about their job, not a generic answer. For IT and AI teams, Rumi offers an MCP server for any MCP-compatible assistant and an SDK to embed it in your portals and tools, with agent-to-agent handoff on the roadmap.
